Hi, I'm Megan!

I am an author, instructional designer, speaker, and facilitator who is passionate about helping people learn, lead, and build trust through the messy middle of real work.

Manage to Fail recounts my experiences with how often failure is hidden, feared, or misunderstood. In truth, it’s one of the most powerful forces for growth. My work spans leadership development, employee experience, and trust-building in fast-moving, people-first environments.
"I really enjoyed Megan Petrini’s Manage to Fail. It’s a grounded, engaging read that pulls directly from lived experience and turns it into something genuinely useful. As I read, I kept noticing how honest the stories felt. They were not overly polished or abstract, just real moments which translated into clear learning. What I appreciated most were the built-in pauses for reflection, especially the discussion prompts that made me want to stop and think, and even imagine how the ideas might land in a group setting.
I’ve always believed that good advice is a form of nostalgia, and Petrini does a great job of making her insights feel both personal and applicable. I could easily see myself returning to this book in different contexts when thinking about management, learning and development, or simply trying to better understand accountability and growth. It’s a quick read, but a deliberate one, and it stayed with me longer than I could’ve imagined. I’d definitely recommend it." -L.W.
